Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Shopify app RecentView – Viewed Products (https://recentview.srhwebagency.com), operated by SRH Web Agency.

The service

RecentView – Viewed Products is an embedded Shopify Admin app that provides a Recently Viewed Products Theme App Extension for Online Store themes. You must have a Shopify store and install the app through Shopify. We may update the app; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Plans and billing

Paid features are billed through Shopify Billing (Starter and Growth plans). Free is for development stores only — live Shopify stores (Basic, Grow, Advanced, Plus, Trial, and similar) must purchase and approve at least one paid plan before Admin product features or the storefront widget work. There is no free forever plan on live stores and no invented trial. Charges appear on the merchant’s Shopify bill. You may cancel a paid subscription from the in-app Billing page subject to Shopify’s billing rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Shopify store, staff accounts, theme configuration, and compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable law. Do not misuse the app or attempt to access another merchant’s data.

Data

Merchant session and shop records are described in the Privacy Policy. Shopper recently viewed history stays in the shopper’s browser and is not stored on our servers.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, SRH Web Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. Uninstall purges that shop’s Session and Shop data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for abuse or if Shopify requires it.
